Can I exchange or return my order?

We cannot process returns/exchanges due to customer error. Please double check your cart's contents prior to making your purchase.

 

What if my product is damaged?

Damaged products may be exchanged at no cost, or returned for a full refund (including shipping). Please contact customer service to process your refund for damaged products here.



How long does shipping take?

Orders usually ship in about 1 week, then take an additional 1-5 business days in transit depending on your location. Occasionally orders may be delayed during periods of peak demand or due to inclement weather. 

We will notify you by email when your package ships and provide your shipment's tracking information. 

 

Do you accept orders by mail?

No, at this time we are unable to accept orders by mail. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

No, at this time we are unable to ship products outside the United States and U.S territories.

 

Are products made in the United States?

Yes, all products are 100% made in the USA.
